At this time, Bark Street Alley is NOT a nonprofit entity.

We are in the process of obtaining tax exempt status, and hope you will still find it in your heart to donate to Bark Street Alley.

The determination of the Bark Street Alley headquarters combined with setting up The Board of Directors with regret has delayed the exempt status. These miscellaneous issues have all be resolved, and with a positive outlook, we are hopeful to have our nonprofit status before the end of this year; 2010.

If you donate prior to tax exempt status, we will notify you as soon as the status is obtained via electronic mail so you can take credit on your income tax.

Once we receive a donation, a copy of your e-mail address and donation will be saved in our files. We will send you another receipt at the turn of the next tax season just in case you may have accidently deleted your initial notification of your contribution to our organization.
